A leap into the future: Empresas Iansa inaugurates its new distribution center

Empresas Iansa celebrates the opening of its new Distribution and Packaging Center in Noviciado, Pudahuel, a state-of-the-art infrastructure that will enhance its logistics and strengthen its commitment to sustainable development.

This complex, with an area of 18,000 square meters, has a storage capacity of 6,500 tons of finished products and 10,500 tons of raw materials, allowing a more agile and optimized distribution. Its construction meets the highest standards of innovation and environmental responsibility, incorporating its own water treatment plant, state-of-the-art LED lighting and lithium-ion cranes.

During the inauguration ceremony, the CEO of Empresas Iansa, Pablo Montesinos, highlighted the importance of this project for the company and the country’s agro-industrial sector: “This new center represents our evolution towards a more innovative, agile and sustainable operation. It is not only a modern infrastructure, but a key part of our logistics strategy, which will allow us to be closer to our customers and communities to continue fulfilling our purpose of feeding the world with the best of our land”.

The event was attended by the Minister of Agriculture, Esteban Valenzuela; the Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism, Nicolás Grau; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Empresas Iansa, Gonzalo Sanhueza, among other authorities, who highlighted the positive impact of this new infrastructure on the local economy and the national agri-food chain.

With this milestone, Empresas Iansa not only modernizes its operation, but also redefines the standard of the agri-food industry in Chile. This is a concrete example of its vision for the future: a more efficient, innovative company committed to the environment.
